Armarni has the right to say no to any activity or situation that may occur, just like any other human being in an intimate setting. She has the right to terminate a booking, arrangement, phone call or contact if she feels threatened, intimidated or in danger at any point, and will contact security personnel or law enforcement if necessary.

Armarni's services operate on the basis that she is being paid. If she has not been compensated the agreed amount, or an incident occurs where the amount owed has been tampered with or fraudulent funds provided, Armarni has the legal right to pursue legal or other action and will do so where necessary. While rare, this is a warning to those who prey on women in the companion industry with fake receipts, counterfeit notes, charge-backs or theft — it will not be tolerated and will be pursued to the full extent of the law. Please keep in mind that consent is based upon compensation.

Consent can be withdrawn if respect is not given to health regulations, such as failure to pass a visual health check. Armarni will not undertake any services with someone presenting symptoms of an STD or STI as outlined in the Health Policy. Armarni's health and wellbeing are to be respected at all times — if she says something hurts or is uncomfortable, it is to be ceased immediately. Treat Armarni with the same respect you wish to be shown.

Armarni is a non-drinker, non-drug user, non-smoker and non-gambler, and asks you respect her choices and her decline of offers. It is your responsibility to understand these things prior to arranging a booking; she will not be coerced or pressured. If respect is not given and pressure or begging becomes a hindrance to her wellbeing, a warning will be given followed by complete termination of the booking. If Armarni is not comfortable doing something with you — end of story. No still means no.

Armarni has a Health Policy in place to protect her health and wellbeing, as well as the gentlemen she engages with. Prior to any intimate setting, Armarni performs a visual health check as per Queensland Health and to ensure everyone's safety — most gentlemen appreciate and understand this is for all parties' safety.

Prophylactics are worn for all sex — this is Armarni's personal choice and her health is of the utmost importance to her; she will not negotiate this policy. As mentioned in the Respect Policy, consent is only given with compensation and only for safe services. Consent can be withdrawn for failure to pass a health check or any tampering with prophylactics. Secretly removing protection and engaging without proper verbal consent is, as you would imagine, a serious crime — men have been prosecuted for "stealthing", and any attempt to do so with Armarni will be followed up with all correct legal action.

Armarni gets routine sexual health checks done regularly and encourages all gentlemen to do the same. There are online options such as Stigma Health — order the pathology form online, attend any QML or blood-test clinic for your swabs/bloods, and results are made available electronically.

Armarni operates a strict no-illness policy. If you have cold or flu symptoms or are feeling unwell, you must inform Armarni prior to your booking. It is unacceptable to arrive with sniffles, cough or fever.

Your privacy and information are important to Armarni. She will never provide your information to third parties and does not engage in sharing phone numbers on social media. Your name, identity, address and personal details are always protected and never discussed with any other party or member of the industry.

Armarni does not engage in gossip or the sharing of personal details. Before ever posting dinner-date or social-event photos she will ensure the image is suitable to your standard, that no personal objects or identifying features are visible, and that complete consent is gained. Our intimate time is kept solely between us. Professional and respectful reviews are welcomed on Scarlet Blue, Ivy Society or Dakota Dice.

Discretion is extremely important. Never approach Armarni in public, and she will observe the same respect toward you. When meeting, do not say her name loudly in lobbies, elevators or at dinner, and do not discuss her business in public where others may be listening. At incalls, please do not use names over the intercom. If Armarni feels "outed" or disrespected after a warning, she will terminate the date and no future dates will be offered. Stalking is taken seriously — please respect her boundaries as she respects yours.

All of Armarni's intellectual and visual content is protected by copyright. In the event of unauthorised sharing or reproduction of any of her content, Armarni will enforce her rights and pursue legal advice and action. This includes the policies listed here — be unique, not a copy.

Some gentlemen need to be reminded of the consent involved when filming, and that the production and sharing of unauthorised pornographic content is a crime. If you are caught recording a meeting with Armarni, taking non-consensual pictures or videos, or sharing agreed-upon content without consent (which would never be given without a written contract), Armarni will take legal action and those involved would face prosecution.

If Armarni's images, videos or intellectual property are used anywhere without her consent, legal action will be pursued. Scraper websites: should I feel generous, lawyers will send a cease-and-desist with a 48-hour warning and a complete ban on use of my content, name and phone number. If not followed, or if my content, name, brand or contact details are used again, I will take the matter to court for brand damage.

Sex work is now fully decriminalised in Queensland. The Criminal Code (Decriminalising Sex Work) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2024 commenced on 2 August 2024, repealing the old Prostitution Act 1999 and abolishing the licensing system. Sex work is formally recognised as legitimate work, and both providing and seeing a private escort are entirely lawful in Queensland.

All bookings made with Armarni Bulkani require a deposit of a percentage of the booking total. This covers business expenses such as travel, accommodation to host, preparation time and the allocation of time. Armarni's time is extremely valuable, and to ensure it is not wasted by gentlemen getting cold feet, not prioritising their scheduled time, or prank bookings, a deposit is required — like any smart, successful, service-based business.

Deposits are paid via several options depending on booking type — via the Beem app, Smart ATM cardless deposit, or other means of instant transfer. This is for security and safety reasons and is part of the screening process.

Base Deposit Policy (Brisbane): All deposits are strictly non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please give a minimum of 48 hours notice; for Brisbane bookings a one-time courtesy reschedule may be offered, provided the new time is taken within 7 days of the original at a mutually suitable time. Any further changes forfeit the deposit. If Armarni must cancel for some unforeseen reason (illness etc.), 100% of the deposit is refunded. Accepted via the Beem app, smart ATM cardless cash deposit, instant digital transfer (e.g. Ethereum), or a virtual gift card in pre-approved cases. No booking is held or confirmed without a cleared deposit.

AUS Fly Me / Drive Me To You Deposit Policy: Deposits are non-refundable in the event you have to cancel. Fly Me To You incurs costs of flights, accommodation and other travel fees, which are worked in at the time of deposit and forfeited on cancellation to cover the expenses incurred and the time set aside. Payable by Beem, direct deposit, Osko or Smart ATM cash deposit.

I operate on a strict deposit policy and do not accept bookings without a deposit. This is for security and safety reasons and is part of my screening process — it helps eliminate address collectors and those seeking to waste my time.

Base Deposit Policy (Brisbane): Deposits are non-refundable in the event you have to cancel, as reserving my time blocks my schedule and I turn away other meetings. If I must cancel for some unforeseen reason (illness etc.), I will refund 100% of the deposit.

AUS Fly Me / Drive Me To You: Deposits are non-refundable on client cancellation. Fly Me To You incurs flight, accommodation and travel costs that are factored in at the time of deposit and forfeited on cancellation to cover the expenses incurred and the time set aside.

Armarni is a human and normal human rights apply — she has the right to say no to intimacy with anyone without explanation, and to decline any act, position or anything she feels uncomfortable with. Violence, stalking, blackmail, harassment, fraud and robbery are crimes and will not be tolerated.

Armarni has licensed security personnel that she checks in with on arrival and prior to extensions. Security remains outside the premises unless duress is raised or there is a concern for her safety. A visual health check is performed prior to the booking — do not book if you suspect you have an STI/STD or any open wounds in the genital area, as the booking will be terminated and not refunded.

Mouthwash prior to the commencement of a booking is a necessity as it helps limit exposure to certain infections; a disposable shot glass and Listerine are supplied for incalls and carried on outcalls. Armarni carries the condoms that are to be used — if you have an allergy, brand preference, accurate size requirement, or prefer internal condoms, please advise in advance so she can purchase and store these properly to ensure your safety.
