Generally, if your place has parking or easy street parking, travel (Uber) is included in the fee. Most other Brisbane outcalls incur a return Uber travel allowance.

Note: If booked with 48 hours or more notice, the travel fee may be waived in some cases.

Travel Fees (Brisbane & Surrounds)

Redcliffe: 1 Hour minimum + $150 travel
Sunshine Coast: 2 Hour minimum + $400 travel
Gold Coast: 2 Hour minimum + $300 travel
Ipswich: 1 Hour PSE minimum + $150 travel
Toowoomba: 2 Hour PSE minimum + $500 travel
Byron Bay: 2 Hour PSE minimum + $500 travel

Other regional areas are considered from a 3 Hour PSE minimum + travel (quoted at time of enquiry). Long-distance travel requires ample notice, and a hotel fee may apply.

Outcalls On Tour

While on tour, I generally prefer incalls as I am less familiar with the area. However, I am happy to do outcalls to high-end 4–5 star hotels and luxury residences. I may also consider private residences at reasonable hours, subject to adequate screening for my safety.

A return Uber fee from my accommodation is payable at the time of deposit, depending on the distance.

Expenses & Accommodation

It should not need to be stated, but here in the modern era, please note: on all dates and overnights, all meals, activities, and purchases are to be payable by you. I am a human — I eat and sleep. If you are seeking an all-nighter booking where there is no sleep included, additional fees will be incurred.

Overnights are strongly preferred in 5-star accommodation. Incalls may incur a hosting surcharge. Please be aware that all incall environments are strictly non-smoking due to upscale hotel policies. I highly value my professional relationships with hotels and accommodation providers, and I do not allow smoking in any rooms booked under my name.

Privacy & “Armarni Time”

On dates and overnights, there will be times when I require privacy to freshen up. My fees are fully inclusive of this personal and freshening-up time. Multi-day 24-hour dates are inclusive of “Armarni time,” during which I will take private time away to freshen up, check in, answer my personal phone, or handle quick errands (usually around an hour, depending on the booking type).

I encourage those I am with to perform their own errands, business tasks, and personal phone calls during this window so that when we are together, we can remain completely focused on each other. Additionally, all overnight bookings include a minimum of 6 hours of undisturbed sleep.

Personal Preferences & Boundaries

I like to note that I do not drink alcohol or use substances at all. I do not eat pork products, and I do not smoke. While I do not mind you enjoying yourself, being around pork or processed meats is an extreme turn-off for me that I have trouble disguising; the smell is incredibly off-putting. I am perfectly fine being around all other meats and seafood. I have never been a drinker, as I am naturally a little “crazy” in a very good way!

Securing Scheduled Time

Overview

All bookings made with Armarni Bulkani require a deposit consisting of a percentage of the booking total. This payment covers essential business overheads such as travel expenses, accommodation required to host, thorough preparation time, and the definitive allocation of her calendar.

Armarni’s time is extremely valuable. To protect against lost availability due to gentlemen getting cold feet, failing to prioritize their scheduled time, or making fraudulent prank requests, Armarni operates under strict commercial standards. As a professional companion running a highly successful, service-based business, a deposit is required to lock in any engagement.

Base Deposit Policy — Brisbane

All deposits are strictly non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must provide a minimum of 48 hours notice. For Brisbane bookings, a one-time courtesy reschedule may be offered, provided the new appointment is reallocated within 7 days of the original date at a mutually suitable time. Any further changes will result in the immediate forfeiture of the deposit.

Deposits are processed through a select group of secure channels depending on the specific booking type. Accepted platforms include the Beem app, smart ATM cardless cash deposits, instant digital transfers (such as Ethereum), or a virtual gift card under specific pre-approved circumstances. This procedure is mandatory for safety reasons and serves as a vital phase of the client screening process. No booking is held or confirmed without a cleared deposit.

AUS Fly Me / Drive Me To You / Tour Policy

All deposits for regional or interstate travel are entirely non-refundable in the event of a client cancellation. Armarni operates on an extremely low-volume, high-priority basis. Managing interstate fly-me-to-you arrangements incurs immediate personal costs for commercial flights, upscale accommodation blockings, and additional travel fees.

These specific travel outlays are factored completely into the initial deposit total and are automatically forfeited if a cancellation occurs to cover expenses incurred and the extensive block of time set aside during coordination. If Armarni must cancel due to an unforeseen emergency or illness, 100% of the travel deposit is returned instantly.
